Return Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a smooth return process. Please read our return policy carefully:

1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order date.

2. Condition of Return:

   • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
   • Returns are accepted for any reason within the return window.

3. Return Process:

   • Clients in the Merkaz Area:
     If the client’s address is in the Merkaz area of Israel, our delivery service will collect the package directly. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the item price.
   • Clients Outside the Merkaz Area:
     Returns must be sent via the post office to the provided return address. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the item price and shipping cost.

4. Pre-Return Contact:
   Customers must contact customer service before initiating a return to ensure proper coordination and instructions.
