    • Item received is incorrect (wrong product)

    Returns will NOT be accepted for reasons such as:

    • Did not like the item
    • Ordered by mistake
    • Item does not meet personal expectations
  2. Proof Required (Mandatory)

    For all return requests, the buyer must provide:

    • Clear photos of the item
    • Video proof showing the issue (damage or malfunction)

    Requests without proper photo and video evidence will be automatically rejected.

  3. Return Shipping

    • The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back.
    • The return address will be provided by our support team after approval.
    • Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
  4. Refund Processing Time

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
    • Refunds may take up to 21 business days to be completed.
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  5. Important Notes

    • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
    • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions above.
