Yiwu Online by V&R is an online store for trending, practical everyday products sourced from Yiwu (China) and verified fulfillment partners—electronics accessories, home & kitchen, beauty tools, watches, car accessories, and more.

Most items are sourced from suppliers in Yiwu, China (and other partner locations depending on availability). Product sourcing may vary by category and stock.

We use supplier images and (when available) our own. Minor differences in color/packaging can happen due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturer updates.

Please check the product description, measurements, and specifications. If you’re unsure, contact support with the device model / size details before ordering.

We work with suppliers that provide consistent quality and packaging standards. If something arrives defective or incorrect, we will assist quickly (see Returns).

Payments

Yes, we provide a detailed invoice for every purchase. Once your order is confirmed, the invoice will be sent to your registered email address. The invoice includes all necessary details, such as the product information, total cost, and payment method

Available payment methods are shown at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local options depending on country).

Yes. Payments are processed through secure, compliant payment providers. We do not store card numbers on our servers. You need to provide the number every purches.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with the sticker or tag still attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that any items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return

For assistance with a return, feel free to contact our support team

If your item arrives damaged. Contact us within 48 hours. We will require a clear photo of the damaged item for verification purposes. Once the damage is confirmed

  1. We will arrange to provide you with a new replacement item
  2. We will also arrange to collect the damaged item at no additional cost to you

Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, and we will work quickly to resolve any issues

If your item is lost during delivery, we will take full responsibility to ensure the issue is resolved. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. After confirming the loss with the shipping carrier

  1. We will arrange to send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
  2. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund for the lost item

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and secure shopping experience

If the order has not been processed/shipped yet, we can usually help. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

After approval, refunds are processed in 14–21 business days. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
